All Shariah-related aspects of the product — including structuring, certification, compliance monitoring, and ongoing review — are under the exclusive oversight of a dedicated Shariah advisor, Dr. Sh. Farrukh Habib.
Dr. Farrukh Habib is an expert in Islamic law, finance, and fintech with over 10 years of global experience. He is currently involved in various fintech projects as an advisor, mentor, or core team member.
Dr. Habib was a Researcher and Advisor for 7 years at ISRA, a distinguished Islamic finance research institute under the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM).
Dr. Habib holds:
Ph.D. in Islamic Finance from INCEIF, Malaysia
MSc in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London, UK
Bachelor's and Master's in Economics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan
Graduated from an extensive 8-year course in the traditional Islamic Sciences from Wafaq Ul Madaris Al-Arabia, Pakistan
Holds authorization (Ijazah) to teach Hadith from renowned scholars from Pakistan; and completed memorization of the complete Holy Quran at an early age.
